Description of conference halls of Hotel «Morskoy Vokzal Hotel»
Conference Complex of Hotel «Morskoy Vokzal Hotel» occupies the area of 500 m2 of which 300 m2 is the area of conference halls.
Grand Hall represents an up-to date conference hall provided with loudspeaker and video projection equipment, its accommodation capacity is up to 270 persons. The Conference Complex is equipped with system of forced ventilation that allows action participants to feel themselves comfortable throughout their stay.
Thanks to portable sound-insulating partitions, Grand Conference Hall can be divided into 3 separate premises (of 78 m2, 85 m2 and 108 m2), each of them having independent entrance, illumination system, loudspeaker and multimedia equipment.
In front of the halls there is a spacious lobby, of the area 114 m2, where small exhibitions may be held, as well as installation of reception desks, organization of coffee -breaks and fourchettes is possible.
Also there is a separate conference hall of 110 m2 near the Conference Complex, with natural illumination, equipped with air conditioning system, designed maximum for 40 persons at "class" -seating.
Near the halls there is a restaurant where participants of conferences may enjoy various meals such as business lunches, fourchettes, banquets, corporate holidays, etc. There is an opportunity of installation of equipment for simultaneous translation.
